When it is time to assess and investigate your property Hydro Tech has the experience to get the job done properly, within your time frame and budget. Remaining at the forefront of the industry, we will use our unique experiences to tailor investigations and assessment to fit your specific environmental requirements. Utilizing our own fleet of geophysical survey equipment, drill rigs and Geoprobes(r), investigation will be completed within your time frame and budget. Hydro Tech works closely with regulatory agencies and lending institutions. We perform a variety of site assessments and investigations ranging from indoor air quality assessments to soil and groundwater investigations including but not limited to the following:

cesspools/drywells and tanks

• Vapor Assessments including indoor air quality, sub-slab

Hydro Tech Environmental, Corp. is certified by the United State Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair, painting activities, and testing. Hydro Tech employs many EPA certified lead pain inspectors. Using these certifications Hydro Tech has performed hundreds of lead based paint tests with XRF for home owners, business owners, and developers. These surveys can be performed for due diligence or for regulatory purposes.
